Beats Solo3 headphones are down to just $99, while the Studio3 are $200 off

Early Black Friday deals have arrived on several sound products, notably on some Beats headphones. However, these products take the cake over others thanks to some major slashes on their MSRPs. We take a look at their features:

Our top pick

Why we like it

The Beats Studio3 headphones received a price slash at Best Buy, which we’ve already covered, but are now even lower at $200 off at Target. Featuring some soft ear cushions to ensure maximum comfort, the Beats Studio3 provides 22 hours of wireless playback on a single charge, with a 10-minute fast charge offering 3 hours of power in case you’ve skipped your morning alarm. Multi-tasking is easy with this product, as you can make use of Siri’s voice commands for hands-free usage. One downside is the W1 chip, which does not provide as much seamless switching between devices or low latency as more advanced chips such as the H1 or H2. But it will be hard to find a more comfortable headphone with active noise-cancelation technology and a built-in microphone at a 57% discount.

Our runner-up

Why we like it

The Beats Solo3 are on-ear headphones that provide great sounds without the extra hassle of constantly adjusting them in case they feel too cumbersome — and they’re on sale for just $99 (select colors) for a limited time on Amazon. Featuring over a day and a half (40 hours) of power after a single charge, these headphones offer premium-quality bass performance. They arrive with the Apple W1 chip and Bluetooth Class 1 connectivity. The Solo3 was also featured on our list of best on-ear headphones, particularly in part due to its noise-cancellation properties. In the five minutes you use to cook yourself a quick snack, you could also charge these headphones for 3 hours of playback time.
