Although it’s from 2020, the M1 MacBook Air is still readily available on Apple’s website, so it’s certainly not outdated. In fact, we love this little powerhouse (as noted by the Mashable Choice badge of honor) — particularly for “Apple loyalists looking to upgrade from an older model.” The M1 chip may not be as impressive as the M2, but it can still power everyday tasks, photo and video editing, and coding like a champ.
